According to reports, the 34-year-old actress was wed in front of 100 friends and family members under a large tent meant to shield guests from the elements.
The bride walked down the aisle in a Monique Lhullier gown. Toth reportedly entered to the song "Tennessee Waltz."
Guests included Renee Zellwegger and Tobey Maguire. E! News reported that her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, was not in attendance.
In 2008, she divorced from Phillippe after seven years together. The couple have two children, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7, who were both members of the wedding party.
The Oscar winner began dating 40-year-old Toth around January 2010. Toth is an agent for Creative Artists Agency, which represents Witherspoon.
Witherspoon, who grew up in rural Tennessee, bought her seven-acre ranch in Ojai three years ago for $6.95 million.
