The Reality TV star, 24, Rob Kardashian and her professional partner, Cheryl Burke, received the highest score of the judges of the dance competition in the final. Both won 57 of 60 possible points for a lively waltz routine and freestyle swing era.
"I never thought I would get a perfect score, and we got to freestyle more difficult," said Kardashian.
The veteran J.R. Martinez and actress and Ricki Lake were tied for second with 54 points.
Martinez did a cha-cha mediocre, but got a perfect score of 30 for a salsa-inspired freestyle.
"It was like a hypnotic tribal experience of the jungle," judge Bruno Tonioli said Martinez.
Lake scored 27 each for the cha-cha and a freestyle routine that incorporated everything from 'Quickstep' to salsa.
Lake and his partner Derek Hugh consistently have held top positions throughout the 13th season. Martinez and his partner Karina Smirnoff have also obtained good scores and have sometimes led the standings.
Kardashian has steadily improved with Burke and possibly reached its highest skill at the right time.
"You're like the male version of Cinderella who came to dance," he told the judge Carrie Ann Inaba.
The judges' scores will be combined with the viewers to determine the champion on Tuesday.
