Bill Buckner

Bill Buckner and Mookie Wilson, forever linked by Game Six of the 1986 World Series, will appear together next month for a charity event at a Times Square bowling alley in New York City.
The festivities will take place on the 25th anniversary of the game, and will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of New York. Fans and collectors can get in on the action by purchasing regular tickets for $199 and VIP tickets for $299. Both tickets include an autograph from each player, a question and answer session with the players, unlimited bowling and an open bar.
The event also permits cameras so fans can document the once-in-a-lifetime event. The only difference between the two ticket versions appears to be the VIP reception held before the main event.

The celebration will be held on October 25th at Bowlmor Lanes with the VIP reception starting at 6 PM and the main reception starting at 7 PM. Visit the Grandstand Sports & Memorabilia website for more information and to buy tickets.
Based on their historic baseball connection that stems from a ground ball hit by Wilson and mishandled by Buckner during the World Series, the two have appeared together for other events including a spot on the HBO television show, "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
