Christy Chung

Christy Chung
Hong Kong actress Christy Chung's musician husband Jon Yen sparked rumours that his marriage was on the rocks, when he posted a photo of himself behaving intimately with an unknown woman on his micro blog last week, reported Taiwan media.

Chung's melancholic musings on her micro blog on Sunday added fuel to the fire, and led Taiwan tabloids to speculate that the woman in the photo with Yen was in fact his lover.

But the woman seen embracing Yen in the photo stepped forward to clarify matters on Tuesday - a day after Yen posted another photo, which showed him with singer friend David Wong and the same woman, whom he addressed as Vicky.

Vicky was later identified by Taiwan media as Wong's manager cum girlfriend.

She insisted she is just friends with Yen.

Vicky's boyfriend, Wong, was later revealed to be the one who snapped the photo of Vicky hugging Yen when the three of them visited Taipei last week.

"They (Chung and Yen) are fine, [doing] very well!" said Vicky, in an effort to quash the rumours which claimed that Yen's seven-year marriage to Chung had hit a rough patch, due to Yen's philandering and penchant for visiting nightspots.

While Chung had refused to directly answer media queries about her alleged marital troubles during her visit to Singapore for a fashion event on Tuesday, the svelte mother of three expressed that her micro blog posts were just taken out of context.

"Everyone's too sensitive. Those are my views on relationships. That was me replying to a friend and giving her suggestions.

"Thank you for your concern. I'm okay," Chung told Singapore website xinmsn.com, putting the matter to rest.
