Aimee Chan |
Hong Kong actor Moses Chan admitted that he is indeed pursuing actress Aimee Chan, during a promotional event for a drama serial in Hong Kong, reported Hong Kong media.
"I am currently working hard on it," said Chan, in response to questions from the media about whether he is wooing Aimee Chan.
This is quite a reversal for the actor, who had previously refused to publicly admit he was dating Hong Kong actress Bernice Liu, even though the pair had in fact been dating for years until they called it quits.
During the event, Moses Chan also refuted rumours that he was getting back together with Liu.
Liu recently posted on her micro blog that "a good friend" had given her a pack of quality coffee beans, sparking speculation that Moses Chan, a coffee lover who also owns a café, is Liu's "good friend" and that he sought to reunite with her with a coffee bean 'peace offering'.
The actor said flatly that he "had not been in contact" with Liu and that he "had no coffee beans to give her".
At a separate event on Wednesday, Aimee Chan insisted that she and Moses Chan were just friends.
"We are not dating. This is all concocted by tabloids," said Chan.
When asked if she has a lot of admirers wooing her, the actress who entered showbiz being crowned Miss Hong Kong 2006, said she does have a lot of admirers, but denied that Moses Chan is one of them.
