Faltu Movie Review

Faltu Movie Review
Faltu movie seems nothing like its name as it is getting a good response by the youth after its release today. The release of the film clashes with Abhishek Bachchan’s movie Game but since both the movies are from completely different genre it is likely that both the movies would do good in the box office. Audience will enjoy a youth centric movie after a long gap. It will also be a good entertainment on Sunday just after the end of ICC World cup 2011 on Saturday.

The USP of the film Faltu is that it is youth centric. Interestingly the movie is directorial debut of the dancing Guru Remo DSouza. The film is produced by Vishu Bhagnani and has star cast of Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Angad Bedi, Jacky Bhagnani and Puja Gupta. It must be admitted that one of the songs of the film is already a favorite in the various night clubs and Discos. The much loved song ‘4 baj gaye lekin party abhi baaki hai’ truly reflects the spirit of today’s youth.
The film basically focuses on all the underachieving students in colleges. However these students are shown in a positive light. It is about a group of friends who are back benchers and can do all kinds of mischief. However, when these back benchers are faced with a tough situation in life they are the ones who fare with flying colors.

The music director who has given some rocking numbers to the film is Sachin Jigar and the lyrics are penned by Sameer. The music and the movie are receiving some good comments from the critics and audience.
