The Ampersand Agency named Adam Troyak director of client service and business development.
Troyak was most recently director of Dell Inc.’s global consumer business at marketing agency Possible Worldwide, formerly called Schematic. Before that, Troyak worked with GMR Marketing in Chicago.
The advertising and marketing agency’s clients include Gatti’s Pizza, Jason’s Deli, Michael Angelo’s Gourmet Foods Inc., KUT and the Cactus Cafe, and Ballet Austin. The agency has 11 employees.

In addition to his industry experience, Troyak is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has lived and traveled extensively in China, Montgomery said.
