Prince William and Kate Middleton will tie the knot just across the square in Westminster Abbey, but the Westminster Council won't be able to hold a court hearing to enable an eviction of the protesters until May 9, the BBC reports.

• The wedding cake will be a multi-tiered traditional fruitcake, Clarence House said. A chocolate biscuit cake will also be served at the reception at Buckingham Palace.
• Prince William survived the stag party over the weekend that was planned by his brother,Prince Harry, and nightclub owner and mateGuy Pelly, USA Today reports.
• And, finally, (Big) Al Muskavito, Dick Purtan's longtime on-air partner, has unveiled his newest personality, the Queen of All Media, via the Web site royalweddingcomedy.com/gmv/.
In a video clip Muskavito explains that he will be your "go-to girl" for all your royal wedding needs before the big day. Beautiful.
Gaga gives and gets
Lady Gaga celebrated her 25th birthday Monday with news that she donated $1.5 million to help earthquake and tsunami victims in Japan.Gaga's big birthday present, which was generated through sales of her Japan Prayer Bracelets, was sent through San Francisco-based social game maker Zynga Inc.'s fund-raising drive that is supporting charitable efforts with Save the Children and the American Red Cross, organizers announced Monday.
The "Born This Way" singer also learned Monday that Logo plans to honor her with its Always Next, Forever Now award at the NewNowNext Awards 2011.
The fourth annual ceremony will be recorded in Hollywood on April 7 and presented on Logo at 10 p.m. April 11. For more, newnownext.com.

• "Black Swan" director Darren Aronofsky told ew.com Monday that his Oscar-winning star Natalie Portman did roughly 80% of the film's performances. Aronofsky felt compelled to chime in after "Swan" dancing double Sarah Laneclaimed that Portman only danced in about 5% of the scenes in his ballet thriller.• Patti Stanger ("The Millionaire Matchmaker") is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at Shaarey Zedek's annual fund-raiser on May 4. • Several local theaters are scheduled to screen the documentary "To Catch a Dollar: Muhammad Yunus Banks on America" at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
