The 33-year-old is set to star as the wife of superhero, Crimson Bolt, played by American actor Rainn Wilson, in new film, Super. The star feels she has the relevant experience needed to star in such a movie, as she used to idolise Wonder Woman as a child.
“I had the Wonder Woman underoos, I still have them. My mom saved them. I was in the weird generation of He-Man, which is not a superhero, but I really liked Scooby-Doo, and He-Man, and the Incredible Hulk, but the TV show was my first real introduction into superheroes,” she told online magazine, Screencrave.
The star continued to preach the validity of the project, by confirming she has had a long affiliation with superheroes on film. Liv says, she used to sit in front of the television and be gripped by the exploits of the Caped Crusader, which introduced her to the genre.
“I used to watch Batman and Robin– but the TV show, the campy version, which I was obsessed with. I was never that big of a comic person that I can remember. I was more into music than I was into comics,” she added.
