Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist and Lead Man of God Believers Association (GBA) said, “ 80% of the people in different cities and towns of India are living in rental accommodation and most of them don’t get the rent receipts from the landlords and they are thus not registered citizens any where in the country.”
Dr. Raj said, “ Such wrong figures are misconceiving and the govt. departments concerned, who manage and calculate their requirements in various fields, shall fail to work out the proper budget to allocate the proper facilities like hospitals, police force, schools, colleges and so on for the nation and the budget shall extremely fall short.
GBA lead man said, “The govt. should review their present census, which is wrong. Since the nation needs to be properly guided and adequately looked after for their fundamental rights as per the actual figures, it shall be a breach of trust with the people if the low figure is wrongly publicized and that will affect the future budgets which shall fall short of their actual requirements, thereby the people shall suffer in many areas of health, education and security due to the faulty census of the country.”
"The GBA has observed that the persons who were deputed to count the population figure of different cities, towns and villages, were semi-educated and were not serious in counting the figures, they just tried to complete the formality at random and failed to include more than 60% of people in the present census."
The GBA pleads, “If we take the capital of India, most of its localities where the rented accommodation is provided to the people by private landlords, normally do not execute either rent agreements or issue them any receipts for the rented premises."
"Such tenants do not get any privilege of their legal rights of their residential proof for which they silently suffer in different ways in absence of their legal identity which is an essential part to be used in many vital documents today including bank accounts. Most of the people from the South living in Delhi are the worst affected."
Dr. Raj Baldev, GBA Lead Man said, “The above illegality also gives a free hand to the landlords by not filing theirincome tax returns and thus avoid paying tax thereby causing a huge loss to the exchequer to the tunes of crores of rupees. Moreover due to anti national acts of most of the landlords, there can be no proper security check of the terrorists since the landlords hide the tenants of their premises even from the police in most of the cases.
“Some of the land lords do report to the police but hide the rental income of their tenants and if the actual record is compared of the tenants, the income tax department shall safely detect the annual theft of their tax to the tune of more than 50,000 crores in Delhi alone due to non agreements or false agreements between tenants and landlords and denial of rent receipts.”
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist & GBA President said finally, “The government is just completing the formality of census and befooling the people on one hand and causing the loss of tax to the tunes of lacs of crores of rupees on all India basis. He said, “ No one knows who to blame?”
